Conditions and Payment

Terms and Conditions of Ordering.

1. A non-refundable 25% deposit is payable upon ordering.

2. The balance is payable on collection/delivery.

3. All payments made via PayPal will be subject to a small additional processing fee (approx 5%)
   

4. Delivery is subject to a round trip delivery charge of 40p per mile.

5. All serving sizes given are approximate.

6. All final costings are adhered to but can be re-negotiated at the customers request for additional servings, decorations etc.

7. An additional charge of £5.00 will be made for an appropriate size cake board and box. This charge is fully refundable upon return in a reusable condition..
   

8. I can't accept responsibility for any damage incurred during transit.

9. Last minute orders may be subject to an additional cost due to regular supplier delivery times.

10. I accept no responsibility/liability for any allergic reactions/intolerances arising as a consequence of consumption, if dietary requirements are not stated at the point of order.

11. All cakes are prepared in a kitchen where nuts are occasionally used.
    

12. All cakes will be photographed and may appear on the Fancy Cakes website or on a promotional poster/flyer.
